Great chat with the Cook/ Chef/ Owner who is clearly passionate about their product. That passion in allowing us to try his food. Recommending the pulled beef with fries. The meat was so soft and melt in the mouth. What surprised me most was the sauce on top of the meat, and fries. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but honestly its was to die for. Definite bbq, with a touch of sweetness and heat. We stopped only to try a mouthful of the meal, it was so good we had to stay to finish the lot. Thanks for the experience. We will be repeat customers now.

I am from Texas, and would rate this right up there with any BBQ I've had there. I had the pulled pork burger. Meat was tender and tasty, buns had just enough crunch and the chips were very good. My husband had the brisket burger with a side of burnt end gravy. He loved it.

Very simple and low key place to dine. they specialise in American style ribs, some of their dishes include pitmaster pack, pork ribs, brisket burger, brisket baked potatoes, mac and cheese balls, smoked brisket, fries and slaw.

As a first-time visitor, I was delighted to find myself immersed in the aroma of smoky brisket and pulled pork from the moment I arrived. Upon recommendation from their friendly staff, I opted for their signature 'Tex-Oz Snack pack' (half n half pulled pork and brisket) along with the 'Pit masters pack' and I'm glad I did. The brisket was impeccably tender and the pulled pork was equally impressive, juicy and flavorful, served with a side of their addictive chips—crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. Their homemade BBQ sauce (a bit salty to my liking though) complemented the meat without overpowering it. The pit masters pack' had all the goodies, everything was flavourful and we almost ignored the chicken wings (not that it wasn't tasty lol). Parking might seem a bit tricky so, the best place to park is next to the Caltex petrol pump. What truly stood out, aside from the mouthwatering food, was the outstanding customer service. Despite the outdoor setting, the staff remained attentive and helpful, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and well-cared for. Whether you're a barbecue enthusiast or simply craving good food in a relaxed outdoor setting, this place delivers on all fronts. Had the Tex Oz snack pack for dinner. Absolutely beautiful. Well done Mick. Service was amazing and will have to try the deserts next time. And there will be a next time.

Food was very tasty and very well priced. Service was very friendly and helpful. Ordered a half / half pulled pork and brisket loaded fries, Pit Masters Plate and some Mac n Cheese bites. The Pit Masters plate was a taste of the greats. The jalapeño sausage was top tier delicious, brisket, pulled pork, pork rib and chicken wing was all very tender and tasty. It was all served with lashings of Tex-Oz barbecue sauce, pickles and a slice of Texas mop! (White bread for mopping up all that deliciousness!) Very tasty food! Well done! Seating was very relaxed food truck style, no complaints from me! Lovely work team!
